WOW!!! --- IS ALL I CAN SAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK...I hate sharing this info on a large scale, but my B-Day is Set 14th and Claudia's B-Day is Sept 17th....so the news is out there!!!! I tend to keep the date very low key, but, Claudia spreads the BIG NEWS around....LOL!!!! So, as ya guessed, Sept is our favorite month!!!!

Every year, I am humbled by the mass presents that show up on our office desk for both of us, but this year was truly special. There seemed to be so many incredibly thoughtful gifts that arrived...and i am talking HANDMADE, folks.

I have to specifically mention, the matching pinkequine.com brow bands (from Claud) that match the homemade stocktie jewelry (from Brianne).

But, at the end of the normal workday, I, with a very heavy footfall, entered my office, to see Marta in there with this most exceptional pencil drawing of my kid, Calvin as a weanling. I was in shock, not only due to the realization of her immense talents as an artist, but to the wondering of where she ever found this photo for inspiration?? She simply said to me...I hope you do not mind, I got onto your computer and looked at your picture files...this one inspired me?? Wide eyed, I told her, of course, no problem!!....after all, she had NO idea that this picture was one of my absolute favorites that I had personally taken when Calvin was with his mom.

So, my huge, heartfelt THANK YOU goes out to all of my friends and family for yet another very special B-Day week for both Claudia and myself. We already count ourselves lucky to have all of you in our our life.
