The "Stink-Bug" Arrived Home Looking Very Sleek
I LOVE this picture of Vinca: He was so happy to be home from FL, that he seriously curled up and slept in his stall for DAYS!!!! He usually likes to take an afternoon siesta, but this was to the extreme. It made me feel proud to see him so settled to be home as he never once took an afternoon nap in FL. I am thinking this is a sign he LOVES his life at THORNRIDGE!?!
Within days of his Maryland return, "Stinky," as he is so sweetly termed, began his breeding season. His first collection was sent off to two super quality mares in FL. Ginger is very particular in who he breeds to, but luckily, our three Thornridge mares made the cut as well. So, expect 2013 Vinca matches with Claudia's R.Star, Suzanne Veltri's Reminisce, and my own Wallstreet Romance. We just know these matches are gonna be fabulous!!!!
